Appointment schedule:  The appointments will be scheduled for a window of time (i.e. 9:00-9:30am) due to traffic conditions in our area. We will call if running a little late or early. To save time, please have your pets ready to be examined before the scheduled appointment time (sometimes cats seem to sense what is going to happen and will disappear, please close off access to all rooms).  

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Otherwise we reserve the right to charge for time reserved.

Payment: We require payment at time of services and accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards through Paypal services.
